Timber floors lead through the open-plan lounge and dining space, where a plush chaise and five-seater table invite slow mornings or relaxed evenings after a day by the sea. The adjoining kitchen is sleek and functional, fitted with quality appliances, a gas cooktop, and everything needed for home-style meals. Start your mornings at the breakfast bar with a freshly brewed Nespresso, or linger over dinner with friends in the inviting dining area. Through sliding doors, the outdoor courtyard beckons—a private, sun-dappled space with a shade sail and seating for six for relaxed alfresco dining. The main bedroom offers a serene retreat with a king-sized bed, crisp linens, and soft lighting. The second bedroom, ideal for children, includes a king single bunk bed and playful touches for younger guests. The bathroom is modern and fresh, with a walk-in shower and vanity with storage. Thoughtful touches extend to secure on-site parking and a compact laundry nook, complete with a combined washer/dryer and all the essentials for an easy stay. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Check-in: After 2:00 pm Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No pets No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM.
