Great location 210 metres from Glenelg beach, 5 minute walk to Broadway cafe on waterfront or Glenelg Jetty and tram to city. Apartment is in quiet street and it feels like your own home. Play at the beach, relax and watch the sunset, short walk to restaurants, cafes and bars. Our apartment was built last century with very high ornate ceilings in the front rooms. Lounge room with open gas fire and marble fire mantel. Smart television, internet access plus local TV channels. The connecting north facing sunroom, great place to recline in the chair and read your novel. Has a sofa bed if more guests which to stay. Modern Galley kitchen has just been installed to make it the centre of the home with integrated appliances and air-conditioning. Separate dining room with smart television ideal for couples to be able to space out. Main bedroom is setup for a lovely romantic stay with Brass Bed and en-suite bathroom. Cedar washstand and old pine washbasin in modern ensuite. Walkin shower. Second bedroom is at the other end of the apartment leading off from the dining room. Main bathroom has been fully renovated to offer a walk in shower cubicle. Locality Located only 220 metres from the heart of Glenelg and the esplanade. Glenelg is a charming seaside resort set on the long sandy white shores of Holdfast Bay. Glenelg is the site of South Australia's original mainland settlement in 1836\. Built in 1880 as 2 townhouses it underwent a facelift around 1940 to be made into 5 apartments and sweeping external staircases where built. The property has an art decor building now.
