THE PROPERTY
Modern, spacious & air-conditioned home only 3km from CBD. Quiet street within a central & convenient suburb.

Dog-friendly (no cats unfortunately). Nice sized yard with grass area and secure gate.

Perfect for a group/family getaway or something comfortable for a work trip.

Two bedrooms but can accommodate a max. of six guests with inflatable queen-size mattress.

Restaurants and takeaways within a few hundred metres, choice of supermarkets nearby, and an easy walk to bus routes for commuting.

The house is spacious, comfortable and modern with a large living area including a 5-seater couch and 65" smart TV with the full suite of streaming services complimentary.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Master bedroom:
Comfortable king bed and bedding.

Second bedroom:
Can be configured as either a king bed or two long singles at your preference.

Additional inflatable mattress:
Additional inflatable queen mattress also available for extra guests upon request. Mattress includes motorised inflation for ease of inflation/deflation

HOUSE RULES
Pets:
If dogs are indoor, they must be well-trained and clean such that they do not pee/poo inside and do not damage or dirty the interior or items. Outdoor dogs must be behaved enough that they do not damage or dig up the yard or garden.

Outdoor umbrella:
We will have the outdoor umbrella set down for your check in. You are more than welcome to open it up and use as you please, but you are also then responsible for closing it if conditions are not conducive of it being left open and any damage is caused.

Noise:
Noise and disruption from the premises must be kept to a respectful level in consideration of the neighbours.

Electric vehicle charging:
Electric vehicle charging is permitted by request only.

Guest verification process:
Our third-party provider, Truvi, will conduct guest a verification process. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation which fails Truvi's guest verification process which will be conducted immediately after reservation.
