Quiet street within a central & convenient suburb. Dog-friendly (no cats unfortunately). Nice sized yard with grass area and secure gate. Perfect for a group/family getaway or something comfortable for a work trip. Two bedrooms but can accommodate a max. of six guests with inflatable queen-size mattress. Restaurants and takeaways within a few hundred metres, choice of supermarkets nearby, and an easy walk to bus routes for commuting. The house is spacious, comfortable and modern with a large living area including a 5-seater couch and 65" smart TV with the full suite of streaming services complimentary. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Master bedroom: Comfortable king bed and bedding. Second bedroom: Can be configured as either a king bed or two long singles at your preference. Additional inflatable mattress: Additional inflatable queen mattress also available for extra guests upon request.
