It's conveniently located in a quiet street in the CBD just minutes away from the renowned Adelaide Central Markets as well as dozens of restaurants and cafes. Great coffee and food to be had every which way you turn. The Space: The townhouse features an open plan kitchen/ living/dining area with contemporary furnishings, travertine tiled flooring and ducted air-con throughout. There’s a dining table for 6 people, and glass sliding doors off the living space lead out to a private courtyard with another table for 2 people. The kitchen comes equipped with a Fisher & Paykel fridge and dishwasher as well as a gas cooktop, under-bench oven, a microwave and coffee making facilities. There are also internal laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The main bathroom has a combined shower/bathtub with a frameless glass screen. if you require parking, we would need to know before hand but there is secure undercover parking for one car with direct access into the property from the garage. If you do need parking, we would need to know beforehand so that we can supply you with access to the garage. Lack of expressed indication that garage is NOT included in the rental gave us a false impression. We would not have rented the property otherwise. This is false advertising !
