He was very helpful when we had queries before we arrived and responded almost immediately when we needed help with a couple things in the first few days. The apartment itself is very well set up - a small but well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a fantastic big terrace with views of the sea. The complex has 3 pools, one being heated (which was handy as we were there in March!) and the pool bar was handy to have so close by. We had a hire car and were within 15 minutes of good beaches (especially Duque - good for sandcastle and waves with lifeguards around most of the time). There are signs Everywhere to not reserve sunbeds unyet all the regulars had towels on the beds before the pool even opened and serious la k of sunbeds for the amount of people staying there Shame the pool bar doesn’t do breakfasts too.
