Excellent house for 6 people Type Duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WIFI and parking in a private luxury development (with security) in the middle of Playa Paraíso.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower and bath tub. How much TV, satellite (international channels), iron, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all appliances. Sets of towels, sheets and all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

It has 1 large outdoor terrace. Gardens, jacuzzi, WI-FI area, games room and table tennis are some of the facilities available to the urbanization that is fully enclosed and service night security guard.

The complex covers the expectations of a luxury development. Has ample space for 4 swimming pools, one heated and one for children. The pool area has a lots of hammocks and a bar where you can enjoy refreshments and meals while enjoying the sun. Gardens, WI-FI area, games room and table tennis are some of the facilities available to the urbanization that is fully enclosed and service night security guard.

The urbanization is located 5 minutes walk from 2 great beaches, golf course and bus services to Adeje.

On request, a baby kit consisting of a crib & baby seat will be provided at no additional cost.

great apartment in fantastic location
We have stayed at this development before so were familiar with it's great location and this apartment was fantastic. Lots of space both inside and on the terrace, well equiped and very clean. It is located next to the pool and also the bar but this shuts at 9pm and we didn't hear any noise of an evening, even on xmas eve and xmas day. The only thing which could be a problem for some groups is that 1 of the bedrooms (and a bathroom) which located downstairs doesn't have a door between them and the main living area, meaning noise control would be tricky if some of a group were night owls or early risers as this woud disturb whoever was in that bedroom.

Good but not luxuray as advertised
Very good comunication prior to the stay, both Abraham and Eva were very nice. The property is in a calm area with a great gated comunity pool area. The issues we faced during our stay was that the apartment was advertised as a fully equipped luxuray apartment but to be honest it is quite far from that. A lot of things were broken and damaged; the sunbed, the parasol, a lot of kitchen gear, the vacuum cleaner etc. were broken. There was also huge damages due to water at the bathroom table and a very bad smell from the toilet drain (in particular during mornings and evenings).

Fabulous spot!
The apartment was perfect for our family of five, in a very well maintained and quiet residential complex with several beautiful swimming pools and a bar area. We stayed during the second week in April with temperatures in the low to mid 20s - the main pool is unheated so the water was on the cool side but perfect for swimming in, and we often had the whole pool to ourselves - there is another smaller pool which was warmer. You are not allowed inflatables in the water and there are site staff to politely remind you of the rules; the water in the main pool also 1.8 m deep, so not ideal for little ones. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pools so easy to find a spot to lounge about when not in the water, and the table tennis table was a great extra - would advise taking your own bats and balls though. The bar is quite reasonably priced for drinks and light meals, but the apartment was perfectly equipped with all we needed to make our own meals. There is a handily located Lidl about 5 min away (by car) so easy to get all our supplies. There is really not a whole lot else in the immediate vicinity - so if you're looking for a cafe scene and vibrant night life, this is pehaps not for you. But for a totally relaxing week in the sun it was heaven! One comment - the apartment was described as a duplex with sea views - the one we actaully stayed in was single level and no sea view. This didn't bother us at all, but I assume that the owner has several properties in the complex, some duplex and some not. Would enquire which you are actually going to get...

La résidence est parfaite, surtout en mi saison (moins de monde), très propre et arborée, appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, localisation parfaite pour visiter l'île, très bon séjour, à recommander les yeux fermés.
