Studio / Apartment above the owners House. Although the dwelling is in a quiet area , it is a few minutes walk away from many amenities including many bars, restaurants, & supermarkets. Its a 10 minute drive to the beach. The village also has great bus routes . The property hosts a large patio area which attracts sunshine almost all year.
The area is also ideal for walkers & paracending.
