Nice Facility/Poor Management

Reserved a room well ahead of time, but had to change dates at the last minute. Someone at the Hotel cancelled the reservation completely - no big deal, the "Internet Rate" was honored by the owner.
HOWEVER, I was charged for 2 nights, then found that the "key card" was only validated for 1 night. When I could not get in, the same owner attempted to charge my card (on file in their system) an ADDITIONAL night, which I have declined on my card. Additionally, despite it being SPECIFICALLY STATED on the reservation we were traveling with the Dog, an issue was raised regarding being placed in a non-pet room following check-out.
So although the room was quite nice, poor management offsets any advantages the facility itself has to offer.
