very disappointed

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Staff was rude, smelled like moth balls and blood on walls
Location: Nothing at all
Blood on the bathroom wall, the entire place smelled like moth balls, breakfast was horrible, outdated with old tube tvs and no outlets to plug into

Needs some TLC

The first set of keys didnt work; we were moved across the hall; the coffee maker was broken; we left at 6:45am and it was dark outside; no lights were left on overnight; the free breakfast had no juices available; there was coffee and some other items. It seemed like overall it needs some TLC

No wash cloth, 1 bath towel, 1 floor towel, 1 hand towel. My wife had to pass on taking a shower.

If there is something you need in a room, please call the front desk, the hotel you're staying at will gladly help with what ever you need. We had plenty of towels.

Great for families

It was great to have 2 queen beds AND a pull out sofa. The gentleman who was running the place was very courteous and seemed to generally care. He even made a waffle for a woman who couldn't figure out the waffle maker.

The whole hotel smelled of stale smoke. The pull out bed mattress was too thin for someone to comfortably sleep on it. The breakfast was not out in the morning when we were leaving at 7am. No staff at desk when we left either to ask about it. Everything was old and outdated.

The owner was taken to the hospital at 6:30 that morning for low sugar levels (diabetic) and the general manager was in the back making breakfast which was put out at 7:45. Sorry you missed breakfast, thanks for your concern. We are a non-smoking hotel. If someone smokes in a non-smoking room there is a $250 charge.

Everything was fine except for breakfast. Was supposed to be available at 6:30 AM, ready about 7 AM.
