Good bang for your buck!

Nice people. Average hotel. Clean beds. Breakfast was lacking. Bathroom was so small that the door just cleared the toilet!

Nice Facility/Poor Management

Reserved a room well ahead of time, but had to change dates at the last minute. Someone at the Hotel cancelled the reservation completely - no big deal, the "Internet Rate" was honored by the owner. HOWEVER, I was charged for 2 nights, then found that the "key card" was only validated for 1 night. When I could not get in, the same owner attempted to charge my card (on file in their system) an ADDITIONAL night, which I have declined on my card. Additionally, despite it being SPECIFICALLY STATED on the reservation we were traveling with the Dog, an issue was raised regarding being placed in a non-pet room following check-out. So although the room was quite nice, poor management offsets any advantages the facility itself has to offer.

Overnight stay on way to final destination

Pros: Beds were comfortable ... quiet. Perfect for what we needed
Cons: The breakfast was a little off but it satisfied.
Location: It was close to the highway and close to a few restaurants. Adairsville is a small town so there isn't a lot to choice from late at night.
We arrived late but were greeted by the hotel clerk who assisted with a quick change to the room type. The rooms were comfortable - a little stuffy when we first opened the door but after turning on the air it was fine.

Okay place for overnight stay enroute to Florida. Quiet. Waffles had an unusual taste.

I hated this hotel and wouldn't stay again. I couldn't sleep with the noise and hot room. I should have just driven through the night. No sleep. Gross breakfast.

Very disappointed customer

Terrible service. One person trying to do everything. Breakfast was over an hour late in getting out. Breakfast counter was dirty with food crumbs from the day before. Awful stay at this place. Will not go back!! Really disappointed in Hotels.com for placing me at this hotel. Furthermore I am disappointed in Esi (sp) a manager with hotels.com. She was not helpful at all and continued to be unfriendly. Very disappointed customer of Hotels.com at the moment.

The hotel was very nice especially for the price. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and a delight. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was that our room did not have a little frig.

Worst front desk personnel/manager?

I arrived at 3pm for a 2pm check in. I was greeted by a small East Indian man/manager? who told me that my room is being cleaned right now. I was perplexed. He informed me that his hotel was packed yesterday and they were busy. I told him, I prepaid for my room a week ago and it should've been cleaned first, no? He barked do I want my money back. I said no, I want the room that I paid for. I then asked with all the previous rooms that were cleaned, couldn't you switch the reservation? He said he could but the cleaning lady was in my room now and she will be done in 5 mins. I said I will wait. I asked for a place to sit and he angrily got keys and opened his breakfast area for me to sit. He yelled, your room is done, you can check in, from the front desk to me. They had 1 cleaning lady clean all those rooms. The linen was stained. I could go on but I can't. The final message is, customer service is a language that some do not speak nor understand.

The hotel room was not what we booked. We booked a king bed and were given two queens even though we repeatedly said that we were together. The air conditioning system didn't work properly and the room was warm the entire time. The smoke detector needed a new battery as it wouldn't stop chirping at us. I was not impressed with this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to a friend or colleague or stay there again.

This is why you should communicate with the desk clerk. We would gladly have moved you to a deluxe room if you were not satisfied with the room we put you in, but you did not let us know anything about the room you were in. Hotel air, plumbing, electric, etc. can go out at anytime. Next time alert someone to a non-working room.
