Big Mistake!

The first room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, and one of our family members was on medication that needed refrigeration. All the rooms were shown to have those enmities. We were moved to a second room, and the air condition did not work. The proprietor was rude and condescending, and said we didn't know how to turn on his air conditioners, and he was on the internet trying to pay his taxes, and didn't have time for us. He moved us to another room that the smoke alarm was broken and hanging down the wall, the sink water would not turn off and the coffee pot was broken. In my opinion no one should ever stay in this hotel!

Comfortable beds and nice people

Our flight was delayed from an international trip flying into the Atlanta airport. We drove as long as we could, trying to at least get out of the greater Atlanta area when I hopped online and booked this place. It was right off the interstate, super convenient and easy to get to, it was clean, and, most importantly, the beds were comfortable. It was just what we needed about traveling for 15 hours! Also, the hotel staff were very nice and attentive. I actually got the sense that they were not hired help, but owners who seemed personally vested in the service they provided. They seemed genuinely appreciative of the compliments I gave. We were appreciative of a comfortable place to rest after such an awful day.

Choose a different hotel if you can

We made our reservation online and checked in around 9:45PM. The lobby was musty and warm, badly in need of decorating. The clerk was uninterested in us as guests. He never even asked my name or requested ID/credit card. He just handed me a room key for down the hall. I told him we had requested a top floor room away from the elevator and ice machine. He said " I put you here so you were close to the door". The carpeting was very worn and some repairs seemed to be in progress. Reluctantly, he escorted us to the top floor but was not friendly at all. When we arrived upstairs, he asked if we wanted to stay in the king room next to the elevator. We had requested 2 queens, and told him we preferred a different room. He checked with the cleaning staff working on the floor and then let us into another room with two beds and turned on the AC. He returned later with a room key for us. The room was also musty but cleared up after the AC ran a while. Thankfully, the beds appeared to have clean linens, although worn, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The towels were worn and stained but clean. The room had a TV, hair dryer and coffee maker. We went downstairs in the morning for breakfast but it was totally unappealing except for some fresh fruit. Upon leaving, there was nobody at the desk to check us out, Once outside, we noted that the grounds were very unkept too. This hotel is close to I-75 and could be a much better place to stay if someone gave it a make over.

room was not clean-had not been vacuumed,trash cans full, clothes from prior customer in the room.skimpy towels(-2)-beds were so high an elderly person could not get on the bed -no grab bars in shower or tub-card keys to room had to be replaced. only worked the first time-one partial roll of toilet paper only.

A bit of a smell but it was a place to sleep. I wouldn't go back.
