We had a wonderful stay at Cleopatra Resort Sidi Heneish and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and offers excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
A special thank you to Reda at the reception, who was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. His friendly attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
We would also like to give special recognition to Halim and Mohammed Agwa in the restaurant. They provided outstanding service, were always attentive to our needs, and made every meal an enjoyable experience. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
Overall, Cleopatra Resort Sidi Heneish deserves a 5-star rating. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful resort, excellent hospitality, and exceptional staff.
