"Check-in was easy and quick. Rooms have been recently renovated and were clean. Minor issues with no water from bathroom faucet. Beds are comfortable and clean. Pool was closed for the season, which is strange considering it's the start of summer."

"Home was clean, but the Air was smokey. We weren't thrilled about the step up to the toilet, hard for elders. We couldn't use the shower b/c the faucet fell off in our hands. Had to take sink baths. Most of the coffee pods didn't fit the coffee maker. The lady on site was nice and let us in b/c our code we were given didn't work on our door. We received the correct code at 8:30PM."

"Wonderfully warm home for a family gathering. Kitchen, appliances, plates and all cutlery necessary well provided. All rooms were well furnished and bathrooms well stocked with all toiletries and towels. The full court basketball, pickle ball a real plus. Thank you for providing all necessary equipment and balls inflated and ready to go! There is so much here to enjoy and we especially liked the quietness of our surroundings, fire pits, and private pond. A sublime space to reconnect as a family or group of friends. Location to Granbury and other amenities 13 out of 10 "

"Gorgeous house, very unique, inviting and fun. Beautifully decorated & nice location. The yard and hot tub area could use some maintenance. Poor lighting in the hot tub area, ended up getting some lights of our own for the stay. Still had a great time and would recommend, the property grounds could just use some attention. The photos looked much better so i know it has a lot of potential. "

"This is a very spacious and comfortable property able to accommodate large groups. The owners are fine with guests and events during the day which I have not found with VRBO hosts very often. Just had large family gathering for my father's memorial and our out of town relatives were able to come over and catch up while looking at a spectacular view of Lake Granbury. They also left several different little treats to make the stay more comfortable like s'mores supplies and popcorn for the movie room. Fantastic location for family gatherings and the hosts could not be more friendly! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!"

"The “newly renovated” and pictures are deceptive on the condition of this rental. It is clean, but not comfortable. It only has one bathroom upstairs. The floors creak and you can hear everything. The neighborhood is not great either. I wanted to love it, but disappointed."
