Dirty and Dangerous with Bed Bugs!!
This is the most disgusting and dangerous hotel I have EVER stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was cheap for outskirts of London but for the state of the hotel I would expect to get paid for putting up with the place! The carpark is tiny and gross full of rubbish and just smelt! The room looked like it had literally never been cleaned!! Dirt around th taps and around the shower! You could tell the carpet was disgusting also! Bed sheet looked clean but I still don't trust that it was actually ever cleaned or changed and did not fit the bed! Bed was unstable and uncomfy! Plug sockets were loose and coming out the wall and one didn't even work it was that loose. The window had a big gap underneath it and you coukd not lock the door from the inside which I find very dangerous especially since the hotel was so obviously dodgy!! Maybe the worst thing about it is that we found a bed bug and 2 days later me and my friend are still itching from the disgusting, infested, dangerous hotel room! I hope other people read the reviews first and anyone saying they had a nice stay clearly "work" for the hotel or in the hotel if you know what I mean! This place should be condemned and shut down! It would never pass a health and safety inspection!

Filthy from head to bottom DO NOT STAY HERE!
In some cases when you book cheap accommodation you can expect to get what you paid for, but on this occasion, I found myself in a very dated hotel. The room smelled cigarettes, the basin smelled urine, the carpets were utterly disgusting, uncomfortable bed and to top it up, the bedsheet was dirty and I found bed bugs as well. The whole experience just makes me wonder how can this hotel gets a license to operate in such precarious conditions?! I stayed for 2 nights only and both nights I was not able to sleep. Very disrespectful guests coming and going throughout the night slamming doors and having loud conversations. The shared bathroom was so dirty and smelly that I decided not to shower or use the bathroom until arriving to the airport. Customer service is pathetic. So, no... I paid too much for what I actually got. Not a healthy place to stay.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. I was in London for 9 days so really had to compromise . I saved a lot of money but... Pros for lack of a better term *a 2 min walk to tube station *small store right outside for snacks & small restaurants in the area *Room with twin beds is a lot bigger than other budget hotels Cons *Mold in bathrooms ceiling and bathtub (asked if they could clean explained it was in the caulking so cant come out) *cobwebs in room *old dusty sheets to match cobwebs *horrible smell in the hallways *room service don't knock just bust open the door (happened 4 out of 9 days until I told them to stop) *even though tube was close ,destinations were not *dark alley to walk through to get to rooms at nighttime All they have to do is give the place more TLC and it wouldn't be so horrible. Being transparent so it can help your decision...i saved a lot of money though 😑

Cleanlines - When we arrived we were told that our rooms might be ready but the receptionist was unsure. She took us to our room and said, "it looks like its been cleaned so you should be ok but i can change the sheets if you want." The room we were given had an awful smell so we were shown another room which didn't have a handle on the inside of the door! Finally, they gave us a better smelling room with door handles on both sides. I still wouldn't say it was clean as the next morning i had bed bug bites all over me!

Having booked at this hotel last minute for my wife. Upon recieving confirmation of the booking she took a taxi to the hotel, during my journey around 18.45 she received a telephone call from the hotel informing her that due to a booking error her room was no longer available. No further assistance was provided by the hotel other than perhaps talk to customer services. After numerous calls and many hours of telephone conversations. I'm informed by customer services for hotels.com the following day that the hotel had claimed they didn't receive the booking almost until 21.20 over 2 hours after they had informed my wife via telephone that an error had occurred and long after I had started trying to rectify matters with CS at hotels.com. The hotel lied to my wife, they lied to me. And they have lied to their booking agents and as a result my wife was extremely stressed as she was still trying to find suitable accommodation in London @22.00 that evening and the matter was still unresolved 16hours later with repeated lies from the hotel. An absolute disgrace.

i booed a room with private bathroom but was offered shared bathroom, they did change. room was so dirty but it was late and i had travelled from the north west. so put up with it. would have been happier camping in the yard. No WiFi had to sit in reception. paid over the odds for a service and didn't receive it. went back on hotels.com to see if there was anything else in the local area and the rooms were advertised in this hotel for £30 less than i paid. don't stay here unless your desperate like i was. more like a halfway house than a hotel. if a little care was taken it could improve this place to a doss house

The property could use some major renovations. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom which I’m allergic too. The carpet could be taken out and wooden floors be put in. The location is great. Wahid was a very nice young man who answered a lot of questions for us.

Worth every penny
Hotel was close to where we needed to be! Great value for money, comfy bed and lovely shower. Place could do with a lick of paint but room had everything you needed including a tv, fridge and even a fan! Worth every penny and would defiantly stay again

No window in the room so absolutely no air, was stifling hot. There was another door in the room that led to the restaurant, left unlocked. Asked different members of staff several times to lock the door as anyone had access to our room, we were ignored and in the end was told “I am tired and sick of talking to you now” rude, and terrible service. Was lucky not to have been robbed. Never received an apology or offered any form of refund. Avoid!!!

Grim experience, to say the least
From reception, walk up side alley, through building site.. and general feeling of grimness.. to rooms block behind carpark, . Decor very dated. No plug in basin. no socket in reach of tea-making facilities (so had to plug kettle in on floor), dirty glasses, shower tap came off in my hand, curtain fell off curtain rail. windows don't secure (one handle fell off), constant smell of cigarettes. noisy. DIY breakfast...mainly toast and concentrate juice. Generally, not a pleasant experience.

Front counter chap was very friendly and my rating is in no way against him. It is against the state of the room and the old smoke smell coming from the bathroom. The cups were not clean and the sheets were threadbare in places with stains on them. £60 is a lot to ask for with those kinds of conditions

Rooms were dirty. Staff were consistently unfriendly and sometimes rude. We were initially told breakfast was served until 9.30am, then went to front desk at 9 and told it had already closed. Staff response was simply "its not my problem". Overheard other guests being charged extra for "eating too much" at breakfast. Very noisy room right next to water boiler, loud noises throughout the night. No warning about building site right behind making noise from early morning. Parking area was unkempt with barely enough room for 3 cars and very narrow entrance. Cheap price and location close to the station do not make up for the awful service received.

The only reason I booked this place was that it was on the Piccadilly Line and Acton Station has an elevator. The lady, probably the owner, was very pleasant,but that was it. The breakfast was around the back of the building, in a separate structure. Glad it wasn't raining

Property was very dirty, especially the bathroom. There was black mould on the ceiling and in the corners of the shower and cracks in the toilet, sink and shower. We had a kettle that was broken but it did work but mugs and glasses grubby

We booked in Jan for July for one week and paid full amount through Expedia website. I was shocked when Expedia team called while we were travelling to the hotel saying that your booking had been cancelled due to double booked by hotel mistake . Hotel management never ever spoken to us So we suffered financial loss booked another hotel on short notice. We had lot stress and manager was highly unapproachable
