We were really impressed with the cleanliness of our bedroom. Everything was recently refurbished and sparkingly clean. The hotel receptionists were very helpful providing us with information on transport to places to visit etc. The hotel's location was great too, right by the old town and an enjoyable walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Faultless from arrival to leave this hotel was fantastic. The staff were excellent and very informative all the time. They even said hello when we bumped into them in the city.
Rooftop pool and bar is great after a days exploring before heading out for a meal. The tram is bang opposite the hotel and within 2 minutes you are in Garabaldi square supping a beer watching the world go by. The seafront promenade is 3 minutes on. Train to monaco is one block away and within 15 minutes your in monte carlo.
Rooms are modern clean and have everything you could ask for.lads of fresh towels soaps. Good coffee. Free wifi. Bar a little toppy but it always is in a hotel. There are so many bars and restaurants in Nice it would be a crime to eat hotel food in such a great city. Would stay here again Superb.
The apartment style hotel is clean and comfortable. The design is modern and simple. The TV was not working but it did not make my experience there not enjoyable. They have a swimming pool also. Carrefour opposite to the hotel. 15mins walk to the Beach.

Pros: Good location, short walk to tram and train stations, Free Wi-Fi.
Cons: Not the most cleaned in the world - found a massive cobweb hanging down from the ceiling and bin in the bathroom was filthy, but overall it was ok. Staff was also ok except for this reception lady who made every effort to display her unwillingness to help/ be polite. Other than that it was ok as we only needed a bed to crush for a couple of nights. So, if that's the case with you too I do recommend this Hotel.
We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the university where I was attending a conference, although the neighbourhood doesn't look good at all.
But the hotel was better and the room was cleaner than what we were expecting by reading the reviews. The toilet could have been cleaner though.
We were on the first floor and wifi was available for free! We used the parking (around 10€/day) and it was very secure! I don't think if any free and safe parking could be found around..
We could borrow an iron from the reception and keep it during our stay.
Bad WiFi reception. Did not work both nights we were there. In a neighbourhood away from the hustle but might not suit those who want to be on the doorstep of the beach..stil only 15 minute walk from the old town and the promenade, with a tramstop nearby. Overall a nice stay but if you need your WiFi then I would reconsider.
My family stayed here for two nights in August. I would like to pay tribute to the staff on reception who were attentive, cheerful, keen to help and took time to answer questions and take an interest in the sometimes dumb queries directed at them by myself. Our family room was reasonably spacious, bright and clean. The lift is tiny, holding only 2 people without a squash, so 3 trips when we arrived to get ourselves and our luggage to our room. Reasonably good location. Only 10 minutes or so to the beach and the old time. Our buffet breakfast at 12 Euros and 6 Euros for the kids was reasonable. Over all very satisfactory.
