The sea water was very temperate, but I was not warned about the very sharp rocks between the shore and water deep enough to swim. I cut my foot and slashed a leg and a hand getting in and quickly trying to get out. The injuries have plagued the rest of my trip. Beware swimming in the sea there!"

His warmth, humour, positive energy, and genuine friendliness made every interaction a pleasure.
