I have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time, I have stayed in one of the many themed junior suites. I don't really have a preference, as I always like to try a different one when I'm there. This last trip, I stayed in the Manhattan Suite. It was a nice homage to New York. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish it had more power outlets or even USB outlets, as we all have devices to charge. There is a small selection of coffee and teas. And, a daily delivery of a fruit platter arrived in the evening for a small snack before dinner time.
There was a morning where the water was not flowing in the bathroom. When I called down to the front desk, Mathilda, was very pleasant and immediately rectified the issue. Within a matter of minutes, the water came back on and all was good.
Breakfast is part of the daily room rate. The restaurant and pool dining menus were delicious. Unfortunately, as a vegetarian, the options were limited. But, they were equally delicious. And, the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
The pool is no longer there, as it was removed several months ago and converted into a fountain. It's a nice conversion to the patio dining area.
This hotel holds many events. Therefore, parking can be somewhat challenging and, as a guest, can be a bit loud. But, by night fall, the hotel was quiet. That was important.
