The staff were amazing!! The room was okay; I've been in better for cheaper, but the bathroom let it down for me. It needs an upgrade, in my opinion. Again, been in better for less. But this is just my taste, and that's subjective, so take it with a pinch of salt. They had a lovely breakfast spread, try the beetroot juice, delicious! In a nutshell, it's a great hotel, good internet connection and great staff.

I really like the staff. They were so accommodating. I dislike the showers in the room. The tub was very slippery.

There is a very severe mold problem - as step out of the lift on the 4th floor the terrible mold smells meet you and step into the room and it gets worse! Eventually had to change room as light switches malfunctioned. Next room on the 2nd floor had the same mold smell but to a far lesser extent! The Executive Lounge is great with great snacks and finger food and the staff gave outstanding service!! The Airport Shuttle service was also great!!

I love this hotel and highly recommend it to others. My favorite part is the resturant. I met amazing people who worked there. Everyone at the resturant always made my stay so much better. Also, the two trainers at the gym. I recommend the massage. I had two and they were great. Thank you to the young name Bernard who made sure I had water in my room every day. He was very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I really love this hotel. It smells so amazing when you walk in. I feel so safe in this hotel. Inwould highly recommend. My only recommendation is for the hotel to offer taxi services to allow me to explore outside of the hotel.

Despite a good stay this was completely ruined at the end with a super slow checkout, which took 15 minutes, the private car I booked was late, had not prepared in advance, the boot of the car wouldn’t open, so had to change car… As I say the stay was very good but that’s the last thing I remember!

This is NO 5-Star Hotel. I have deemed it the MovenPick'd Over. It needs a complete overhaul, and not just of its meeting spaces, as they so proudly boast. The pool? Lovely to look at, but all of 3.5 feet deep. The room? Dust on ledges, curtains in tatters and holes in the blackouts; Sheers worthless. Remote control only works in 1 direction; The restaurant? A blind was broken and showed visible signs of mold/mildew. NASTY. Door to outside dining not easy to open with a plate in one hand and a glass in the other. The food was fine. Not great, but not terrible. Can you tell that I was not impressed?

The hotel is dated. Rooms a moldy and the sewage system needs cleaning and flushing as it contributes to the smell in the rooms. I asked to be moved from the room I had spent four nights because of the smells. The room I was moved too wasn’t any better. The corridor carpets are dirty and outdated.

The breakfast is included and delicious. All the meals are delicious and reasonably priced. The shower is one of the best I’ve ever used( i didn’t want to get out). Staff is super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

This is a fabulous hotel. I had a nasty incident of anti-Black racism at check in. I made a youtube video of my experience and you can view it on my page if you wish. But we MUST emancipate ourselves from mental slavery and the ways in which we see each other as Black people! No way you should walk up to a line, Black man at the front and attend to the white woman behind me. We have a long way to go in LOVING ourselves and CHOOSING ourselves. I am not shocked but I was very very disappointed that a Black man in that space was not given the respect, service, attention, dignity that I should have gotten as a guest checking in.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are decent and the decorations are beautiful. However, the staff are sub-par and really bring the experience down. We went to lunch at the hotel restaurant and were ignored by the waiters. We had to ask for water four times before it was brought to us with no cups. When asking for cups, we were given one used cup and told “here, use this for now.” It was then almost an hour later before we got four clean glasses. We then requested the bill and waited for almost two hours before it was brought to us. We had to literally plead with the waiter to bring our bill because our infant daughter was not feeling well. This experience deterred us from ever returning to the hotel again when visiting Ghana.
