I brought food to cook in the kitchenette for us all, but no kitchenette, so that food went to waste, and instead I had to buy dinner for 4. I also had to rent an additional room for my driver. "I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!).

"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...
"the property was off in back of some "EXTEMELY" bumpy back alley in the dark. The address was unsearchable, the host was unknowledgeable. I did NOT stay at this property, I couldn't. They had my reservations all fouled up."

"My husband and I had a great time in the Treehouse. The hosts were great. Not only were they incredibly hospitable, they were so kind they felt like friends immediately. The dinners provided were very tasty, and it was really nice they provided drinking water as well. The room was clean and comfortable.Highly recommend! "
