Airport transport is provided if you stay multiple nights and they respond to all questions in a timely manner. I choose this hotel because of the great reviews and am not disappointed with the service. I booked the deluxe king suit and they provided me with a great breakfast with a beautiful view of the pyramids on the rooftop."
