Great customer service

I liked this hotel. It is close to abu dhabi mall. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioner. Only down side is that it is right next to a mosque. So if you are a light sleeper the call to prayer may wake you up early in the morning. Also hotel parking. Much of the street parking is for residents only, so be careful where you park. The hotel staff are happy to help you find a parking spot and help pay in the meter box.

It is great to relax in a hotel where eventhough it was situated in within the city, the place was very quiet. One thing it needs improvement though, it needs its own parking space for its guests knowing that the hotel is usually full.

it was not bad but at the middle of night it was too much noise that wake me up. it is really so bad for all this. the main reason for what i stay was not fulfilled. i couldn't sleep.

pleasant and helpful staff. bit out of the way to hail a cab. can book a cab through the cb company which the hotel can do.
