First thing there is NO PARKING at the property. Poor internet connection, not clean, AC is very noisy, and the bathtub is a nightmare from cleanness and overall condition. The big surprise is you will definitely find insects and cockroaches, first thing picture them as evidence, and the management will give you an upgrade to a room that looks like yours then the next day you will find insects and you will get another upgrade for a room that looks like yours but a bigger fridge ... so on so on so on...

Value for money, great location, clean and comfortable hotel with smiling and helping staff. Considering the money one pays, it is a great hotel. Got excellent breakfast considering the covid-19 issues. Only bad part was that parking was not free, ended up paying lots on parking and not remembering the local regulations, ended up paying USD 55 as parking penalty.

Low cost stay in Abu Dhabi
This Hotel has paid parking directly outside at 2aed/hr or 15aed/24 hr. The Hotel is a room only. There is no restaurant, no room service and no mini bar fridge inside the room but, the Hotel do allow food and food delivery from outside. The Conditon of the room was clean and average and the bed was very comfortable. This hotel is very basic and good, if all you need is somewhere to sleep for the night and at a very reasonable price. The location is good and easy to find a Taxi and to get around Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is totally different from what they show in pictures.It a complete dissapointment.The bed and bathroom was a mess ,No comfort.There is no English channels on the television.There is no enough parking .The parking was very small and full already so I heard to park across the road where the is parking for residences and i got fine for that and my car was taken by police and i heard to pay AED650 to get my car back on top of the AED15 I paid at the hotel for parking .I wouldnt recommend anyone for this hotel.

Nearest mall is Abu Dhabi mall. Conveniently located with km supermarket and a few food stores within walking distance. Excellent check in and out time. Morning staff extremely helpful. Room is decent.

Hotel Experience
What was advertised on your webpage was not what the hotel offers: 1. On your webpage Superior room is suppose to accommodate three people the room that I had could barely accommodate two people. 2. On your webpage it says it has a restaurant and room service but in reality there is no restaurant in the hotel and they have to order from a another hotel for your order. 3. The customer service is very poor and professionalism is not upheld in this hotel.

More a man's hotel than a family one
For the most part I enjoyed my stay, although my room was not ready upon arrival and I arrived after 330pm due to heavy traffic and road construction. The original staff at the reception were a mixed blessing. The gentleman curt and really unfriendly from the point of a village boy, visiting the big city of Abu Dhabi. The woman was warm to tepid, not even a smile from either of them until I stopped, stared them straight in the eyes and smiled, saying "THANK YOU", when I really wanted to say, "you must not enjoy your work, you seem so unenthusiastic and limp". I took a different room so that I could sleep quickly. The bath was old but very clean and the maintenance/security crew were SUPERIOR, very warm and helpful, fixing my small complaint quickly. Location is great from my point of view. Easy to walk, shop, hospital, beach, taxis, etc. BUT don't walk outside after midnight, hookers walking the street, men passing out escort cards, sticking them on the vehicles. I was asked twice if I wanted sex which was OFFENSIVE. It is NOT a family hotel or area. I would say there are good places to eat and things to see within 10 minutes walk though. I was greeted by a couple of VERY NICE, helpful, warm and pleasant receptionists and bellman on the way out. The exit was very quick. Park your own car and be prepared to pay for the space before going to bed, (front desk helped me with that). I thought it was an average place to stay, might stay again, not sure yet.
