Clean hotel, helpful staff. But slightly small rooms and facilities although it is of good quality.

Met all expectations

We got to the hotel about 1 hour before check-in time and we were kindly upgraded from a double room to a studio flat in order to guarantee an available non-smoking accommodation by the stated check-in time 2pm. The studio was lovely - there was a king size bed, a little dining/PC table, a living area set up of a sofa, coffee table and a sofa chair. Our bathroom was clean and modern. The towels and bed linen were soft, crispy clean and looked new. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to people who are visiting Abu Dhabi without a car. We had trouble with parking in the surrounding area. After about 20:00 it is almost impossible to find a parking space so if you have a car better leave it where you've parked it earlier and go to explore with a taxi.

Horrific hotel

Pros: Close to the mall
Cons: Everything! Very dated. Worst decision of my life
Location: Cabs are not expensive from the hotel
We paid for a non smoking room! And got a smoking room, even tho i mentioned i had ashtma. The shower was leaking! I couldnt believe it. This hotel doesnt deserve 4.5 stars. Its horrific. Staff stole my stuff! Then it eventually turned up when i made a complaint. I would never come back to this hotel. They then tried to charge us extra when we were leaving, and they did not mention this in the begining. Breakfast was dry

Never stay again in this hotel

It was a bad choice to stay there where I faced a lot of problems for first time in booking hotels with this hotel , 1-they don't give the same room as booked and they said that we have specific rooms for hotels.com and it's a big contravercy because I booked two rooms one for friend husband and wife and one for kids and they put them apart one in low floor and kids on highest floor 2-paying extra fees to bring the kids in the same floor with the same type of room we had booked 3-extra feed was so high 4-extra fees for parking 5-it's unbelievable to kick the kids in high floor and that make you feel in way or in other is just to gain extra money 6-what they mean by what they say that we have spicific room for hotels.com and is that mean they put a room only one room in each floor for hotels.com or that means it's the lower class one or bad type one ,,,,it needs explanation
