Horrific hotel

Pros: Close to the mall
Cons: Everything! Very dated. Worst decision of my life
Location: Cabs are not expensive from the hotel
We paid for a non smoking room! And got a smoking room, even tho i mentioned i had ashtma. The shower was leaking! I couldnt believe it. This hotel doesnt deserve 4.5 stars. Its horrific. Staff stole my stuff! Then it eventually turned up when i made a complaint. I would never come back to this hotel. They then tried to charge us extra when we were leaving, and they did not mention this in the begining. Breakfast was dry

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers schoon en als er problemen waren werden die meteen opgelost.

Sehr schönes ansprechendes Hotel

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, geschmackvolles sehr sauberes großzügiges Zimmer und ebenso das Bad. Ein 1A Frühstück, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schade, dass kein Pool im Haus ist.

Never stay again in this hotel

It was a bad choice to stay there where I faced a lot of problems for first time in booking hotels with this hotel , 1-they don't give the same room as booked and they said that we have specific rooms for hotels.com and it's a big contravercy because I booked two rooms one for friend husband and wife and one for kids and they put them apart one in low floor and kids on highest floor 2-paying extra fees to bring the kids in the same floor with the same type of room we had booked 3-extra feed was so high 4-extra fees for parking 5-it's unbelievable to kick the kids in high floor and that make you feel in way or in other is just to gain extra money 6-what they mean by what they say that we have spicific room for hotels.com and is that mean they put a room only one room in each floor for hotels.com or that means it's the lower class one or bad type one ,,,,it needs explanation

لا تحجز فلا يمكنك الغاء الحجز بتاتا ولا تعديله

مشكلة موقف السيارات تطلب ساعات لتدبير موقف - مدخل الفندق صغير في زاوية- يوجد حشرات وبعوض قارص. السعر عالي/ بنفس القيمة تحصل على خدمة افضل ومكان مريح . لا بمكن. الغاء الحجز ولا يمكن. تعديله حتى لو فعلت ذلك قبل اسابيع- فقط الفندق يريد خصم المبلغ وليس راحة الزباءن

A quality hotel, perfectly located.

Pros: A quality hotel with excellent staff who are always the first to smile and greet. Their professionalism and genuine concern go hand in hand.
Location: Good shopping nearby, ease of transport to the cornich beach, Marina mall and the Grand Mosque. Also Dubai is 2hrs away from the nearby Bus station.
We stayed at this hotel on the 6th of January for 10 nights and it was a marvellous stay. Perfectly located in a nice area with good sound proofing. Behind the hotel is the Al wahda shopping complex with its great supermarket which has a bonus of selling hot food at reasonable prices. Right in front of the Al Rawda hotel is a bus stop and taxi pickup/drop off point. Fares are cheap and drivers are well experienced. Above all we felt safe and comfortable in Abu Dhabi.
