Highly recommend staying here. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff is amazing, I cannot say enough good things about everyone. So helpful and had some great recommendations. I will stay there again for sure.

This was a lovely hotel for a quick stay in Montesilvano. The staff went above and beyond, bringing us a water kettle, giving us cups to have in the room, and the room itself was large with a lovely view. We were so happy to have an elevator, and the café across the street was very convenient and tasty. They helped us with taxis, dinner recommendations and more. Everything was very well-maintained and very clean. We don’t usually write places 5s, but this one deserves it.

Staff are super nice . Our original plans did not work out due to the ferry in Bari not available till June . We extended our stay here for 4 days . The beach is straight across from the Hotel . The pool is very convenient on the second floor. The morning breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The house keeping staff were so nice and very efficient. I truly can’t say enough about this place . I give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic hotel right on the seafront. Friendly and professional staff. A warm welcome on arrival. Clean room with an excellent view. Live entertainment all weekend.

More, much more than expected
We were pleasantly surprised because the price for the room with 2 breakfasts was only 46 euros and so we did not expect much. Instead, we found a great staff welcoming us, a very clean and comfortable room, a smaller room with a desk, two chairs, a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. A balcony with a partial view of the beach and sea. The breakfast was a buffet with fresh fruit, cheeses and cold cut meats, scrambled eggs & sausage, bread, croissants and other pastries. Choices of juices and plenty of good coffee. This is a great hotel for a family vacation: swimming pool, games for children, beach across the street and a good breakfast to start the day.

Very nice beach holiday
Great location, great beach. Very nice family room overlooking the sea. Only improvement: Serve proper coffee for breakfast (there is a dispenser machine that serves instant coffee)

Awesome location across the street from the beach! Gotta love the young bearded man who checked us in...extremely personable and helpful. Super provided breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room we booked had a seaview( if only from the side) but it was newly refurbished had a large balcony that also overlooked the pool. Huge bathroom with ( wait for it) a fully independent functioning air conditioner. A bonus in Europe as most Hotels still have the winter heat on. The place was very clean and had onsite free parking (another bonus) Staff were pleasant and helpful The hotel is across from the beach, there is an extensive promenade to walk along or ride a push bike. There is a small bar in the lobby and they make great coffee and snacks. Be aware of the 1000am check out a bit too early for some. The hotel is let down by a very poor WiFi system, which is slow and continually drops out. Last but not least the breakfast is a cold buffet with reasonable selection. Will definitely stay again on our way back to Venice.

Nice Hotel next to beach
The room accomodations, staff, dining room and location were excellent. Easy to take 2/ public bus from Pescara Train station. Was in off-season.

Friendly staff, few things to improve
Have sent email with few question prior arrival however had no respond, the reception staff is very helpful but attention to details is missing (for example nearly every morning you need to ask for things to be topped up during breakfast service, eggs or ham or cheese - empty plates not being refilled automatically). Also housekeeping is really noisy, got woken up few times with bed being moved and general cleaning noises from 7am onwards. Otherwise nice quite area, good beach view if you are lucky enough to get the right room (asked if possible but wasn't provided even though the rooms facing seafront were empty). I would recommend Hotel Sole, just wish they improved guests care to make the experience more special and definitively should look into the noise control (can hear water going through the pipes all times - especially early morning hours).

HOTEL SOLE, one of the BEST Hotel Experience Ever!
This is an AMAZING Hotel steps from a beautiful beachfront of Montesilva, Italy that connects to Pescara's ,beachfront with almost 10 kilometers of beachfront, with marked bike riding lanes and walking lanes to walk on should you choose not to walk on the sandy beaches. The Hotel Sole also has bikes for you to use. The Hotel Sole offers all high end amenities, Balconies facing the sea, plenty of parking spaces, a nice large pool, a roof top to use for parties that overlooks the beach, But I think the MOST important things I enjoyed was the STAFF. They are VERY professional always going above and beyond to please their clients. I was overwhelmed by their friendliness as well as their positive approach to me whenever I had a question or concern. I stayed here for 2 days and had to go north for a few days then came back to stay an additional 2 days. They gave me the exact same room I had which was on the top floor. I loved everything about this hotel and I am sure anyone would feel the same way. Thanks Hotel Sole for a great experience in Italy....

We enjoyed our stay here very much.the room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was free and generous. Dinner was reasonably priced for 3 courses. Wine was extra. We wished we had booked a longer stay.

a great stay in a more ' family friendly ' hotel
A nice hotel in a quiet area a 20 minute bus ride and 90 minute walk from pescara. The room was clean and bright with good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. the whole beach area in montesilvano is much nicer than pescara as it is quieter and there are more public beach areas. The cafe attached to the hotels beach spot is small but served nice cocktails! The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel staff were very helpful when it came to organising trips out and very polite at all times. There were a few nice restaurant options but by far the nicest was care diem on the coast road further up towards montesilvano. overall a very nice hotel.

Hotel is clean. Mattress was way to hard and uncomfortable. Right across the street from the beach and 20 min bus ride to Pescara center. Hotel is located next to an abandoned building so although the hotel itself is nice the abandoned building is an eye sore.

Nice Hotel in a good location
The hotel directly across the street from the beach, this is a nice family run property and it shows. the staff was warm and inviting the room was clean and comfortable. they do charge for access to beach chairs and umbrella [4 euro] and beach/pool towels [2 euro] but considering the price and value these had NO impact on me, i have paid $25 resort fees at other hotels for less. This is a good value hotel and i highly recommend it.

Hotel Sole in town with little soul.
Hotel provides every amenity we required. Reception staff and bartenders excellent.Beach which is hotels is very clean, and beach bar is fantastico! thanks to Ithan and his team.we would definitely return.Only downside is it is a little bit quiet at night.

We stopped here for 1 night en route to Sorrento. Staff excellent! Complimentary breakfast great. Nice beach town, but town is slow/not many food options. Hotel is outdated but well kept.

If you are looking for 5 Stars, go somewhere else. If you want a nice room on the beach with a great staff and a very nice hotel restaurant (tho with a limited menu) you can't beat Hotel Sole. We truly enjoyed our stay there.
