5/5 Excellent
"Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing "
"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "
"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride)
And a nice discount to rent ski equipment.
We will be back !"

"Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town "

"Overall, a good hotel, with ample parking and friendly staff. Unable to try the pool/facilities, as came late. Continental breakfast was also fine for the price."
