"The room was like a sauna when we got in there, the heating had been left on and windows were closed. It’s the most basic room. The bed squeaked every time you moved and the pillow was thin. It was an uncomfortable night. The shared bathroom was dirty and there was a hole in the ceiling. Would not stay again"

"The property is not 2.35 miles away from town centre as stated on booking site. It's instead 5.3 miles out of town centre so we had to pay for Ubers back and forth which we wasn't intending on doing. I questioned why we were so far out but got ignored by host. Room is very basic, doesn't even have hand wash in bathroom or a bin. Would not recommend or stay again. I have messaged Expedia regarding the false advertisement. Think my Ubers should be paid for as it was a big lie about the location. "

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."
