This hotel had a 4.5 rating prior to my reservation. I believe that this rating is 10 years+ old because upon arrival, I was pretty disappointed by the condition of the hotel from the front, to the lobby, to the premises to the deluxe/superior bedroom (and bathroom in the room) I was assigned. The small refrigerator in the room was old, rusted inside and kinda dirty. The bathroom toilet seat was all cracked, air-condition barely cooled the room enough, and the desk and desk were really dated. I believe that the realistic and fair rating for this hotel in March 2019 is 2.0-2.5 stars. With such a rating, clients expectations would be better set and the hotel will benefit from less disappointed customers.
