The staff was great, most friendly I've ever experienced at a hotel. The room was clean, the whole property was in good condition. The only negative was the amount of noise from the floor above, it sounded like they were stomping. However, that could have had more to do with the people in that room than the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Overall a good affordable place to stay; clean, quiet, comfortable. Kitchen stove, sink and fridge, but no kitchen utensils or cooking equipment.

First time staying at a My Place and would happily do so again. I like to go on long road trips and am always looking for affordable hotels with kitchens so I don’t have to eat out every meal. We had one issue during our stay, the refrigerator fuse kept blowing and we had to reset it multiple times. We finally discovered if we shut off the ice maker the problem was resolved short term. We notified the hotel and I have no doubt it will be addressed. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service!

We were supposed to have two queen beds and we had one. Slept 5 people in a room with one bed. The staff brought up an air mattress. We came home with bed bugs. Not staying here again.

Everything was so clean and smelled nice. The front desk lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and even gave my 5 yr old a snack. She made check in very fast and easy. The night desk lady was also very friendly and accommodating. There are many stores and restaurants in walking distance and delivery too. Over all it was a lovely experience. When visiting my family next time, I will be staying here again.

Smelled like a strong dog kennel in the room
Our room stunk so badly like a very strong dog kennel smell. It also smelled of cleaner like they tried to clean it but the dog smell was absolutely horrible!!! Just like being able to choose a smoking or non smoking room, hotels need to start letting us choose pet or no pet room. The smell ruined the stay!
