The food was great for dinner, but the service was a bit off at the bar - there was confusion with some previous orders missing when the system went down, and other patrons commented when my girlfriend and I got our beers and food before them. It appeared staff hadn't replaced the lost orders, and that lead to repeated visits to the affected tables instead of handling them one by one.
Similarly for breakfast the hostess was also servicing tables, and wait staff weren't around tables to refill water or coffee without flagging the hostess. The bacon was overcooked, and breakfast was not to the quality that the price or dinner the night before had lead me to expect, though it was sufficient and filling.
Generally the front staff training and food quality at breakfast seemed off given the visual appeal of the hotel and the effort that went into that experience.
