"I have reached out to the hotel twice to let them know they overcharged me for valet and have not gotten a single response. Put a bad taste in my mouth after an otherwise lovely stay. "

"Sways restaurant was so rude and did not make any of my breakfast choices correct. They did not know how to make a poach egg but it was in their menu, also my breakfast took 43 minutes to come out. The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "

"You get what you pay for. No microwave or refrigerator in room. No ice machines, you have to go to the lobby bar. Only two of the four elevators were working so the minimum wait was easily five minutes and were told we couldn’t use the stairs because once in the stairwell there was no access back in even with a key. Did someone say Fire Hazard?!?!?!? "

"The team has great communication, easy parking, and the rental is close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The complimentary champagne was an added bonus to the check in process that was flawless and quick! Staff was SUPER accommodating when food delivery came (as if you’re not surrounded by great eats on and off grounds). All around good experience! In walking distance to the City Winery for our show! Nice!"
