"Everything was fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Had one of the best massages in the day spa. Food was good. Yes the pool is a bit different (looks great) but in 38+ degree temperature and high humidity, it was perfect for a cool down after temple touring. The 2 for 1 cocktails were an added bonus. "

"I had a very short time for a trip to Siem Reap after a business trip to Vietnam and was looking for a hotel that would feel safe for a solo traveler, convenient for a quick trip and feel like a vacation. Raffles did not disappoint. The service was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious and the shops are hard to resist. Even on an extremely hot day, I enjoyed a few hours at the pool between tours. I only wish I had been able to stay longer. I think this may be my new favorite hotel anywhere. It’s luxurious with all of the modern conveniences while also highlighting the culture and artisans of Cambodia. "
