"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. We stayed in a Superior ME room, and while it was adequately sized, it felt somewhat tight. "Good location close enough to main attraction yet away from the noise"

"Wonderful place to stay. The staff is beyond courteous, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Anything you need to ask, they will help. Restaurant was delightful. There were multiple dining options that were walkable from the property and if not, staff would call a cab for you that would immediately pull up. Room was clean and modern. Had a lovely view of downtown. Can’t say enough about the people that work there. They made sure you were cared for at all times. "
