Totally relaxing stay, lots of outside areas to enjoy the sun, especially liked the tranquility zone. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. We had a premium room and whilst it wasn't the largest room we've stayed in, the facilities were all that you would need. Balcony had sea views and was a pleasant space to enjoy a drink or just read. The public beach is about 15 minutes walk, nice beach, but it was very crowded and the hotel grounds and pools were much preferred. Dining options offered something for everyone, breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations.
We will certainly consider returning to this hotel.
The staff were welcoming on arrival but we asked if we could get a snack and no one came over with a menu - we had to go and ask the receptionist to get the bar staff for us. On one occasion we asked for a snack by the pool on a rainy day and we waited for about half an hour for a menu then gave up and went out. Sometimes if you arrived to breakfast there were no tables available but the breakfast was very good choice.
The room - it wasn't clear from booking on Expedia that the Eco Rooms are in another building across the road to the main hotel. We did get upgraded to the best Eco Room when we arrived for the same price which was very good. Although we did ask if we could get a room in the main hotel when we realised the buildings were separate but no one called back at all that evening. We then asked the next day and they did find us a room which we declined in the end as it was much smaller than the one we had. The Eco rooms are under the road and are by the gym and spa area and the underground garage. To park in the hotel costs 12 Euros per day.
