We chose this hotel based on it's proximity to the Old City and the ability to walk back and forth without having to rent a car. The terrace offered a beautiful outdoor patio that had tremendous views of the city. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and helpful in providing directions and food ...

Location is excellent. Right on Zion Square and Light Rail stop. Accommodations are average. Service very disappointing. If you want location, this is the place. If you don’t require service, then it will be fine. This is definitely not a 5 nor 4 star hotel!
Overall it is a good hotel near Biblical zoo. The breakfast was excellent with many choices of local food and international staples. The staff is very attentive. Our room was kind of small but very comfortable.

Nice hotel. But shower was leaking, they promised to set up a Shabbat lamp and never did. Food was excellent but really expensive. For this kind of money I expected better
