Our room was very comfortable with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was good , although the choice was a bit limited by the time we sat down to eat.. We would stay again!

Lovely setting. Rooms on 2nd floor where function suites are a bit noisy, and golfers up for early tee off time mean a lie in isn’t likely ( why do they have to slam their room doors?)

The experience was spoiled by the total lack of sound proofing between the rooms , you could hear all conversation through the wall not to mention the wall mounted television, and when the guests next door had risen early at 6.30am it meant we were also wakened.
