"I recently stayed at Dreams Jardín with my family and overall had a great experience. The hotel is nicely located, and the breakfast spread is excellent with a wide variety of fresh fruits and juice options. The pool area is perfect for both kids and relaxing in the sun, although you do need to reserve sunbeds quite early in the day. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our stay. A special highlight was the sunset bar—definitely not to be missed. The selection of drinks and cocktails is impressive, and the bartenders are always smiling and provide amazing service. We also really appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful service on our last day. Even after checking out, we had a late evening flight, and the hotel provided us with a changing room to shower and freshen up. This allowed us to fully enjoy our final day, including water sports and a beach excursion, which was a great courtesy. The only thing that held me back from giving a full 5-star rating was the room. Occasionally, there was a strange smell—similar to chlorine or a chemical odour—coming through the air conditioning vents. We had to open the balcony door a few times to clear it."

"We stayed in the my favourite club on a bed & breakfast basis. This is the first time I have seen this aa a option the my favourite club with drinks and snacks all day is amazing and the staff keep the room spotless. Our room was beautiful amazing views of the sea. Cleaned daily by amazing staff. Breakfast is great with everything you could ask for. Egg station, smoothie station. The entertainment staff and reception are lovely. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel and would definitely return. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at Flamingo suites, the apartment is well furnished, roomy and spotless, the pool area is spacious and again well furnished. We found all the staff friendly and very helpful with any queries we had "

"Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc. Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10 Like an old poor 3 star hotel. Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards. We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid.
