"Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean "

"Family of 4 stayed here August 2025. The room was excellent, just be aware I don’t think there is an elevator (I may be wrong). The character of the building with Byzantine-era walls was outstanding. Good breakfast. EXCELLENT location for Old Town Plovdiv. Staff was super-helpful with sorting parking. "Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room. "
