Enjoyed the overnight stay. Had room on third Floor. Did not have breakfast as too expensive At €17. Would have paid €12. Bought orange juice and somd cheese And French bread. Total cost €6. Enjoyed very much followed by tea and coffee provided in room.
Only downside was the limited car parking facilities. Was not made clear that you needed to book a space. We had to park a little way from the hotel and carry luggage from there. We had booked this hotel because it was stated that it had an on site car park. Alas this was not to be in our case.
We stayed overnight on a two day break and booked this hotel particularly because of its elegant early 20th Century look. Great hotel, the only negative thing was the price of drinks at the bar, €7.50 for a 3/4 pint of Heineken was a bit much, we had two lagers and two soft drinks and that was €24, but otherwise it's a very nice hotel, child friendly and felt safe
Lovely lady checked us in at reception. Great location right across from Cite Europe. Great reception area with a kids area. There is also snacks/ready meals to buy from the lobby area. Very spacious rooms with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, lovely bathroom & separate toilet. Great for families. ...
The Chateau Cocove is a beautiful hotel and a fabulous find on our last trip to France. It is located only a short drive from the channel tunnel and whether using it as a stopover enroute between France and the UK or for a french weekend away it is perfect. The setting and decor is all very 'chateau', ...
