My check in was long because the member of staff could not find it! Asked my surname, first name booking ref about three times and then went and asked for assistance. When assistance came the reservation was found instantly. No word of apology or anything. She was like a robot.

We stayed in one of the three rooms over the pub which is a classic, small, unspoiled, English country pub. Tons of character in the room and the pub. Absolutely loved the place. The staff and owners were great too. Beautiful surroundings, fabulous country walks. Highly recommend it.
