Fire alarm very efficient,so loud, had to vacate as soon as possible!...spent an hour in my car before being aloud back into the hotel.....there had been an electrical fault in one of the rooms causing 3 fire engines to arrive ! The rest of my stay was pleasant.....

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend Our room was very comfortable, I can't comment on the dinner menu we didn't eat at 'Beefy's'. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very courteous despite being very busy.
Unforutunately I didnt arrive at the hotel in time to sample the spa or the restaurant, which was a bummer. I arrived at 21:15 the exact time admission ended. Enjoyed our stay food was excellent. Very close to good shopping and restaurants. Given the grand look of the hotel on the outside, we felt some areas of the inside could do with a little attention.
