Hotel is positioned just outside of Cheltenham and only a short taxi ride to the centre. The hotel itself is a little dated inside with signs of wear and tear, especially in the pool area. All staff were polite and pleasant and room was to a decent standard.

A fantastic venue with excellent, professional staff. Beautiful grounds. Service was brilliant. The only area of improvement is the decor in rooms & corridors which is looking a bit tired.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The place is well maintained iverall. Rooms are good but could do with newer mattresses.
Our stay was a great one! Staff were kind, welcoming, informative, and knowledgeable. What’s not to love?
