Lovely helpful and friendly staff, our only two disappointments were the restaurant service where we waited half an hour for 9ur drinks to arrive and the WiFi signal in the hotel. Otherwise all round lovely stay especially the free cookies on check in which were delicious.
we stayed in the hotel for few days enjoyed and took most of the advantage of the facilities like spa, sauna, swimming pool and gym. The swimming pool has great power shower and swimming pool itself was heated in winter. Loved the pool especially in the evening with all the lights. The view was nice ...

The receptionist was helpful and advised us to get a bus rather than park and ride and the bus stop was very close to the hotel. The room was good, beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was okay, ...

We found the hotel in a lovely spot in Cheltenham, our room was a junior suite and was lovely with two roll top baths and two walk in showers, very spacious and very nice. We booked a meal at the restaurant and found the food ...

Due to the layout of the hotel a lot of the rooms look over the roof top of the large communal rooms or service buildings. We stayed in room 226 which overlooked the waste bins which ...
It is rare to find a hotel that delivers value. Everything about this hotel, which isn't cheap, delivered on the promise. If you are staying in the area I recommend The Hare and Hounds
