"Great location, easy walking distance everywhere."
I thought this was a very nice hotel in a good location. If you enjoy a walk, it is easy walking distance to local sites and districts - China town, St Lawrence Market, Kensington Market, Eaton Center, Distillery District, Rogers Center...
I appreciated that the breakfast was included in my stay, the choices were pretty simple (so no special dietary requests here - bacon, eggs, sausage, toast). Not many 'heart healthy' options except oatmeal and fruit. It seemed in the early mornings there were SO many servers, I kind of felt stalked even though they weren't really doing much other than re-stocking the buffet (which there were so few people at that point it seemed a little wasteful of staff and time.) I didn't like the tipping on the buffet ticket. The first day I had coffee service, so ok. The next day the server did nothing. I got my own coffee, refills, etc., which is fine, because it is a buffet. However she was so grumpy. There was not a good 'vibe' or that the servers liked their employment. I had the same server the next day, and although she got my coffee, she was so unhappy I didn't really feel like rewarding a grumpy coffee with a tip.
The bar/lounge service was excellent. Great service, super friendly, helpful with ideas what to do - drinks, food service - a high recommendation for me.
