"Excellent stay. This was our second stay here. One comment. The overnight parking rate increased to $42 a night which I think is taking advantage of patrons at this point. Otherwise great place to stay"

"We loved our stay at Novotel in downtown Ottawa. The location was convenient close to restaurants and shopping. The parking situation was a little tricky. The garage below the hotel was under renovation, making it inaccessible. We had to park I under the Rideau centre and there wasn’t direct access to the hotel. You needed to walk through the mall or run up and down the ramp. The Albion Rooms in the hotel was nice offering small aperitifs and drinks. "
