"We loved our stay. The staff was outstanding! Especially Kevin and corey. There was one waitress named kimberly who wasn't very nice. I know she was buys and my father is elderly and demanding, but she kinda threw down his desert and didn't offer to replace his spilled wine. "

"Every aspect of this hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and warm. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The staff at the roof top bar were also very friendly and made awesome drinks. We had our yellow lab with us and you could tell this is a pet friendly hotel. All of the staff wanted to say hello to her. The room was very comfy and the location was great. "

We decided on Windsor over the Biltmore because the rooms are much more spacious and charming… a bit of history and yet with all modern amenities. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a cookie cutter Marriott room. Felt like home and we will stay again. "

The hotel decor is beautiful and cozy. We were able to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Asheville in the future. "
