I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection.
