well located hotel with excellent standards re. service, room size, cleanliness, and spa facilities. Parking provided on site with the ability to stay beyond check out time. My only criticism was that the cooked breakfast, whilst substantial, was quite tasteless.
Excellent location and lovely historic building. A standard room is definitely not desirable as they tend to look out upon another building immediately adjacent. But the superior rooms have a superior view. And if only they could figure out how to keep the coffee warm!
Very clean, polite staff. comfortable rooms, price at bar very reasonable
Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and took our bags as we were going to a wedding elsewhere so we were too early to check in...our room and bags were waiting for us on our rather late night arrival and the room was immaculate and very comfortable.Buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty! No ...
Nice room, the hotel is in a bit of a strange location but we were happy overall
In a nice quiet location and easy walk to pubs & restaurants on west side of city centre. Excellent staff and great breakfasts made to order.
happy with room provided. good service from the kitchen. disliked doors banging at night
great place...would stay again
Wonderful breakfast with wide choice - as good as a 5-star hotel. Tremendous value for money.
