Old hotel so expect creaky floors , no lift but a staff member offered help with bags. Very helpful when we asked for extension lead ,arrived quickly. Lots of restaurants just outside ...
Very nice renovated hotel. The bar and food was great, a bit pricey, but that's to be expected given the closeness to the airport. Front desk staff were fabulous, beds were very comfortable, rooms were nice and big. The only reason I have a 4 for cleanliness is because the bathtub had someone else's ...
Close to airport and has bus service to Gatwick. Only staying one night to catch plane next morning but would consider staying instead of central London on next trip.
Good room although around shower unit needs regrout/ remove mould. Had major problem with unsupervised small children in room next door running up and down corridor and slamming door every 5 mins between 21.30 and 23.00. Staff excellent at handling a tricky situation, well done. When parents did ...
This was THE most perfect place for me to unwind after a long week traveling Europe. I chose this place because it was close to Gatwick Airport (15 min. ride) and was immediately impressed with its charm. It's secluded- which was exactly what I wanted- with a helpful and friendly staff who goes out ...
Welcoming staff who are consistently friendly. Room clean and tidy but would have liked a little more space with a comfortable chair to sit and read. Food excellent both in the evening in the restaurant and at breakfast.
The hotelast is nice and clean and the staff were excellent but I feel the decor could do with updating. The shower in my room was to small and the water got passed the shower curtain and all over the floor. It was fine for a two night stay.
