"Fab choice of accommodation"
Top experience with the hotel, room was clean and staffs were most helpful. Excellent location just opposite the beach and 20 mins walk from Morrison's. Plenty of parking space but since there was a wedding going on initially was hard to find parking.

"Perfect boutique hotel"
The hotel is lovely with great facilities. The food is great and extremely reasonable and my only very minor gripe is that the WiFi kept dripping put in the evening. It wouldn't stop me booking here again.

"Quirky"
Our 4 nights stay at the Pullman was definitely an experience to be remembered. The motel-style accommodation is faultless, very clean and comfortable with all needs catered for. The main part of the hotel/pub is unique and very quirky with a railway station theme, featuring 3 genuine carriages, 2 from the Orient Express and 1 from BR. Breakfast is extra but the food is good, and served in one of the Orient Express carriages overlooking the sea, which was an experience in itself. My companion and I were visiting Seaburn for Sunderland Airshow, for which the location couldn't be better, and the owner Seamus and his staff are all brilliant and enhance your stay even more, with special thanks to Demi and Brittany for their extra care and attention, and of course to Seamus himself. In a nutshell, will we return? Yes, definitely.

"Nice hotel- staff need to pay attention to detail"
Hotel relatively new and facility much needed in Sunderland. Hotel and décor lovely- access to parking great. We booked a family room for 3 guests. Extra bed was deemed to be very comfy by our 11 year old daughter and we were provided with extra towels. However- no extra cup or glass in the room. Range of teabags/ very small- no hot chocolate ( normal expectation after staying regularly in hotels like this). Breakfast poor. Staff pleasant but not organised at breakfast. No gluten free bread/ cereal available. Bit of a shame seeing as you can buy some in most supermarkets nowadays
