"Huone oli pieni mutta viihtyisä. Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Meitä ihmetytti parkkimaksun suuruus (12€), sen olisi pitänyt kuulua hintaan. Lisäksi jos hotellin nimessä on spa, mielestämme yöpyjien olisi pitänyt saada käyttää saunaa ja altaita yöpymisen yhteydessä ilman ennakkovarausta."

"For the price at the time, just below 200 a night, it was not well matching the experience. As a family with toddler we got 4 beds and no frills room. No climate control, not working toilet door, no in-room entertainment, no baby crib, a bit run-down room, OK people service, a good breakfast and nice looking hotel by exterior. "

"It was a great stay, brand new hotel, nice family room with spacious bath, clean and comfy, breakfast is generous with quality foods and drinks. "

"Asunto mukavan tilava, siisteys perushyvä, mutta sängyt ja sohvan kangaspinnat tulisi puhdistaa paremmin kuin myös keittiön nurkkaukset, jotta asunto olisi puhtaan oloinen saavuttaessa. Lisäksi makuuhuoneeseen olisi ollut parempi parisänky, nyt huoneistossa 4 erillissänkyä. Sijainti kiva, lähellä keskustaa, nurkan takana kauppa 23 auki, kirjautuminen helppoa - kannattaa katsoa viestissä oleva video. Voisimme yöpyä uudestaan."

"The location is so magical. We have never been to anywhere like this place. The customer service is truly the best! We sent an email about arriving late at night (reception closes at 11pm), they sent instructions about how to access our cabin, so check in was seamless. Reception also gave us a portable wifi connector when we mentioned we could not get wifi connection in our cabin. They went out of their way to pack our breakfast the night before we check out as we were leaving before breakfast...

"We had a fab time and stayed in a lovely log cabin - was clean and perfect for two adults and a nine year old. The resort was very quiet with two places to eat that were walkable. We really enjoyed the skiing, was approx 160 euros per day for two adults and a child for equipment hire and lift passes. The only downside was that the pool and gym were quite expensive to use - 45 euros for three people to swim and 6 euros to use the gym that were both part of the hotel. Also make sure you stock up...

"Ystävällinen palvelu, ihanat ulkoilumaastot, hyvä aamiainen, rauhallinen sijainti, ehkä pientä päivitystä sisustukseen, huone siisti, ainoa miinus hieman äänekäs ilmastointi tms. Voin suositella lämpimästi hotellia!!! Koiran kanssa olin reissussa ja varmasti seuraavalla kerralla yövymme tässä hotellissa. KIITOS HENKILÖKUNNALLE!!! "

"Good location in the village close to slopes. Restaurant can be noisy in the weekends. No coffee maker in the room but you can use the lounge. Room could have more lights. "

"Stayed with my family for 2 nights at this hotel. Took apartments with 2 bedrooms and living-kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second - 2 single beds. The living room has a folding sofa for 2 of them. Everything was pleasant, quiet, calm, air, nature... The apartments have everything you need: - refrigerator - microwave oven - Kettle, utensils, a couple of crutches, forks, knives, spoons, corkscrew. - sauna - fireplace - Veranda (table and 4 chairs) The water park is very...

"The hotel was incredibly quiet in August- we had the huge dining room to ourselves so it was almost rather eerie! The decor is a little faded but so what?! The location by the lake is lovely and the whole area very calm and peaceful. The lake was great to swim in using the hotel's dock. The best things about the hotel were the staff (although we really only dealt with one young lady who seemed to do everything and was always on duty!). She made our stay by allowing us to change rooms, (and...
