This hotel has excellent customer service and the staff gave us great information about the area and how to get around. On our last day we had to leave super early and they had called a cab for us and bagged a breakfast to go! They also surprised my husband with a cupcake and candle for his birthday. ...

Ideal B&B for a mini break situated near the Termini and within 30 mins of the Colloseum. Ŕoom was compact , very clean and hot. Breakfast was mediocre but pretty much standard fair. No restaurant or bar / social area within the hotel but lots of good places nearby.
The staff are always very kind and helpful. They have happy smile. Breakfast was delicious and changed everyday so I enjoyed various dishes. The facilities, condition, and cleanliness are excellent but the walls may be thin. I could hear several voices talking and someone's snore.
The hotel was wonderful. The staff were super nice and helpful, always welcoming and helped us to make our way around town. The location could not have been more perfect. Breakfast was a nice touch. The rooftop bar was an added bonus. Only con was the noise level outside at night.
