Mr.Hsu and family had a great experience even though it is for one night. Hotel was very clean and rooms are nice. Lots of heat in the room so was comfortable and not cold since it was in December 2015. Staff was nice and will definitely stay there again if they go to Zurich.
The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable but it felt a bit strange to have no headboard - my pillow fell off the end of the bed sometimes. It was great to have BBC channels on the TV.
The simple breakfast buffet had all the basics for a quick start to the day.
The location was very convenient for me, being a few minutes walk from ETH Zurich, but near the picturesque old town.
This is the "red light" district, there are a few ladies plying their trade down the street from the hotel.
The staff are very accommodating, and the rooms are well equipped and comfortable. When we needed to change rooms (having been given a room with a different bed type than booked) there were no issues at all - and when all hotels in the area are relatively pricey, such a central location at a comparatively affordable price was exceptional. Highly recommended.
The hotel is centrally located on old town Zurich. The hotel is crisp and professional in appearance and atmosphere with well appointed fixtures and furnishings
