"Great experience, great staff"
The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, I don't think I've ever seen happier hotel workers. They were super helpful when it came to giving directions and suggested places to visit and eat at around the area.
There's always free macchiato, espresso, coffee, and tea. From 6-7pm they put out some not so tasty red and white wine but it's free so you really can't complain. Those beverages are located in the "library."
Initially we were placed in a very nice 2 person room. It had a king bed, tv, mini fridge, safe, shower, and bathroom, with towels, robes, and umbrellas that they let you use while you're there. The thermostat is adjustable which really helps because the room was hot and stuffy when we first arrived (but very clean). We only had one window which didn't provide much of a view considering we faced another building about 10 feet away.
Half way through our vacation week the block that the hotel is on had a power outage so we were without electricity for about two hours. That night our hot water wouldn't work and we were upgraded to a suite. The suite had a much nicer view, 2 balconies, a living room area, a couch, an extra tv, and many more windows. I'd definitely recommend booking a suite if you're going to stay here! The staff were super apologetic about our water issues and offered to help us move all of our luggage to the other room.
You get towels and chairs at Miami Beach which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You tell the people at a booth on the beach
