"A subway ride to Tokyo Station"
Best Western Nishikasai is about two blocks away from Tokyo Metro Tozai Line Nishikasai Station. The station is pretty small, so it tends to get real crowded during the morning and evening hours. There are many shops and restaruants nearby, including a 24 hour supermarket. Chain restaurants nearby include an Osaka Osho, Denny's, Saizeriya, McDonalds, Yoshinoya, and other various eateries. There's a couple of game centers and pachinko too if you are into that. There's also a post office a block away from the station. The Tozai line takes you past connecting stations like Nihombashi and Otemachi, and from there you can pretty much go anywhere. I had a single room, and it's pretty small. Most Japanese single room hotels outside of four to five star ones tend to be pretty crowded. I traveled alone with just a suitcase and a backpack so it was no problem for me. Room equipment are pretty modern, including a tablet that tells you of all the hotels features. Free wi-fi in room too. Staff spoke competent English. Checking in and out was not a problem at all. There are vending machines on site, but there's also a Sunkus just down the block. There's a free shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort, and Tokyo Skytree too I believe. I didn't use it though. Convenient from Haneda airport too. I took limousine bus to Kasai station then Tozai line to Nishikasai. The walls and doors are however pretty thin, Overall if you don't mind a subway ride downtown not a bad place to stay

"Nice hotel close to the train station."
Great location close to Kasai station, buses to both airports, Disneyland. Staffs are very nice and free breakfast. I will stay again when visiting to Tokyo next time.

"Great hotel, with super friendly staff"
This hotel was very close to the subway station, which was great after a long flight and the transfers. There was a few neat places nearby, and the rooms were surprisingly very quiet! Great. If I had to list a negative, I'd say that the washroom was tiny, but still useable.

"Cozy, great value and close to Tokyo Disney Resort"
This was a great hotel that met absolutely all of our vacation needs. The breakfast was yummy and although it had the same items every day, there was enough variety in item type to be great for a week-long vacation. Super close (2 minute walk) to Nishi-Kasai station which could take you to the Tokyo station area on the Tozai line in about 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and were very understanding that we didn't speak Japanese very well. The room is cozy but comfortable- the bed and tub were smaller that I'm accustomed to but overall everything was very clean and fresh! It was fairly easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland from here, just a quick walk to Kasai station and then a 20 minute bus ride. Best of all, the price was incredibly reasonable, and we had a private bathroom (most value hotels have communal/shared bathroom spaces). We absolutely loved it here and will return the next time we stay in Japan

I had the room for 8 days. The room was fairly small with two beds and a fold out futon, which is given for anything in Japan The bathroom was also small, overall cleanliness and facilities worked perfectly. Toilets with a bidet and hot water at any given time. The room also had a small TV with basic channels, small refrigerator/freezer, and hot plate to boil water for matcha powder the hotel provided everyday.

"Close to Disney Resort, and inexpensive"
It's a 10-minute walk to a JR station, the next one over from Maihama, the Disney stop. The hotel itself is nice, with reasonable breakfast selections included. Be warned that the rooms are small (not a rare thing in Tokyo, for the record) and you need to climb a set of stairs to get to the front desk.
